kay, I need serious help.
I can LITERALLY, not stop anybody on ANYTHING. Runs...passes....don't matter.

Can anybody help lab with me to stop people? I'm sick of giving up 40 points a game, I really am. I can score, but I cannot stop ANYONE.

It's getting to the point as to where I'm just going to stop playing when it gets so frustrating not being able to stop anything. If anyone has any kind of advice or if anybody wants to lab, please, get at me.

You really didn't give any info on what kind of D you are running, but from my experience against guys that I keep on scoring on is they overblitz. They think that if I am scoring they must need to bring more pressure. I would say go back to basics like putting in man on man coverage with a cover 2. No extra blitzers... Guys are usually trying to find someone wide open rather than in at least some coverage.

Also, most players have only a few key plays, so if you see a certain formation or a certain receiver, highlight them, bump them, or bring a blitzer from that side of the field, They will probably want to roll out to that receivers side, so bring the outside blitzer.

Hope this helps get you back on track.
