Gav, you have any success with gap control in Madden 12?

Hey Gav, im trying to create a new scheme where my strong safety gets the majority of my tackles out of the 3-4. But i was wondering what exactly makes a scheme a scheme? Like how do i put a sheme together, i know how to establish gap controll, and i also know how to set up blitzes. but how do i put these ideas into a complete scheme?

Idk why but while attempting Gap Control my user defender is blocked on plays run towards me.. Am i doing anything wrong?

Well honestly, I'm not quite sure how to put a scheme together, i get a few good plays i like but how do i scheme them together?

well when i set these blitzes up do i only blitz one backer?
with the A Gap blitzes will i get pressure only blitzing one Ilb?

when ever i am creating these blitzes, do i leave the LB's on the los?
and also which 3-4 sets would you recommend for setting these blitzes up

Yeah, i read your thread probably about 3 times a week so i have a bit of an understanding of most things. I'm really having trouble getting pressure on the QB i run a 3-4 and usually try to zone blitz out of cover 3, i cannot get any consistent inside pressure, and most of my blitzes only work against 5 man protection.

Well idk anyone who knows that much about what they are doing seems great IMO, so do you think you can help me learn a few front dynamics?
