Well the knee is getting there, I have an opponent for May 9th. He fought one of our guys last time and got handled pretty easily, TKO rnd 1. The guy he fought I routinely beat up and this guy is a wrestler so it is pretty tailor made for me. I'm going to try to train tonight, I've got one of those big knee sleeves on it right now that I just bought and was able to bounce around some.

I finally got to seeing your workout videos and thats some good stuff. I teach a jiujitsu class and running/teaching workout classes is a lot of fun, something I wouldn't mind doing on the side after law school.

Not in years. One of my dudes I ball with who is certified cannot even keep his own studio booked in the Syracuse area. And the YMCA/Planet Fitness' pay like ****. There's just no client base in Upstate NY
