Attempted to send email to VG BERT? but says mailbox is full.
Not sure where to ask so heres the deal.
I paid for the guides and access to film rooms. the add states you will recieve the info within 24 hours lol, Its been 72 and still no info?
Any help would be nice or a refund

I've replied to this before about the virtual book and the filmroom information. And still havn't got it either. And all I have is the receipt of where I used to pay by the credit card. So I don't know what to submit. Is there a customer service line that I could call to get in touch with somebody about getting this done?
