Washington St
Spread offense, Florida Sts Fast Break system, which is hard this year because of no true flares or swing passes. But working on some other ideas.
1. Throw to the RB's sideline to sideline, spreading the LBs.
2. Throw slants or run draws to the middle of the field, once the LB's are spread out to stop the RB's
3. Throw vertically, once the SS and FS come up to stop the draw or slants in the middle.
Basically most spreads run this way, just some go about it differently.

YES, I do. I try to run my first series testing the Defense.
I run the first 3 plays from 3 different formations to see how the defense reacts.
so do you find most players to play
the same defense against certain formations
My original offensive philosiphy was running the fast break offense like TrojanNole, because I am also a huge fan of FSU. But I am looking for new concepts within the Spread Offense, because it is so hard to complete passes to the flats or on out routes, so it is very hard to spread the defense horizontally.

Two plays I like for the fast break are:
Ace Trips: Look for the play with the HB in the swing.
ACe Bunch: Look for the same play.
Both are good plays that have swing passed in them, pass the ball to the back as sooon as the ball is snapped.
Yes and No, seems lately, most ppl are playing Dime and Nickel, even againest my Wishbone Tight formation. I had one guys run the 4-4 on me the entire game no matter what offense I chose and he was effective againest me. He was down aubling from a dime or nickel personnel.
Most ppl, are going to watch and look to see what formation ur chosing and then chosing theyre defense. This has happened to me all the time.
Defensively, I'm going to run the 30 stack out of the gate, and make adjustments once I find out what formations the person likes.
my philosophy is a little similar to trojan noles, but a lil different at the same time. i utilize my speedy recievers, but i also run the ball alot. i tend to run a lot of play action, so running the ball is a necessity. one formation i am absolutely falling in love with is the ace shotty trips. i can run or throw outta this formation, and the passing game is stellar. makes for a lot of quick reads
i'm tellin you guys, if you haven't tried the run n gun playbook it's awesome. that formation is in there. play around with it a lil and you'll be amazed at how well your passing attack gets

If u want a all spread PB, go with Hawaii's right now I'm expertimenting with South Carolinas because of the Wishbone tight with the SG formaitons
i run a balanced spread offense with buffalo playbook.
West Coast (ball control)
I Use 3 WR if 3rd WR is better than the TE
Other wise 2WR, 2RB, 1TE
(backs will have the most touches b/c of catches and carries)
I also Utilize plenty of screens and draws
I am also working on a spread offense as a chang up
