    Blitz though the A GAP

I played a guy last night that had the most fastest and killer AB blitz I have ever seen to date. AWN has a good AB, but this guys AB blew me away.

If anyone can tell me how to do or knows about it please say so, I sure would like to know how to use it againest him.

    I notice the following:

    Nickel Formation
Blitzed a LB between the TWO tackles on the left side.
Motioned WR and TE and was in zone coverage.

Run AceYTwins with TE to block, SG Y TRip, Ace Normal, and SG normal.

None of these stopped him, even with a RB left into block, he could come threw so fast he RB couldnt pick him up.

    GIMME SOME THOUGHTS!

Is it Nickel Monster 2, did you notice the NB blitzing also on the play, that is the only zone play where the lb blitzes throurh the gap. What was his name, the same thing happened to me last weekend, it didn't matter what play I picked, or block, or formation, it was unstoppable.

This sounds like when I playe this guy and for pretty much all the formations except Shotguns, he would come out in a 4-4 all blitz package and sack me everytime. Which I think is BS. Then for the Shot Gun formations he would come out in the 5-2 and play a cover 3 zone and totally shut me down even though I had 3 and 4 WR's on the field. There is no way a defense can come out in a 5-2 and consistently shut down the offense; especially if the offense has 3-4 WR's on the field.

I can tell u what I did to combat this. Chose a PA, really, in a SG 2Back Slot with wheels. Aub both backs to stay in and block and hit him deep. This did work for me.

I played a guy online who lined up a DE almost by his strongsafety or free safety, he used a DE from FSU. I thought no big deal, I can run all day long, turns out he used him for extra pass coverage against my spread, and against the speed option. When I ran the speed option because the game plays slow, he would AB the DE and run me down, I never saw anything like it. I would run option gives, and only get minimal gains with him AB the DE like that, so I either ran up the middle more, or used shotgun 2b , the option runs in the 2b confused him more.

I dont believe that he wasnt ABing. HE WAS, there is no way to come threw that line that fast without it. It was a zone, I motioned the TE and WR on two separate downs and not a single defender moved, also I ran a bunched set and panned back to check the secondary and he had even defenders on both sides of the ball.

If it wasnt AB nor zone, what defense is it?

You know there is an option where the user can set it so that the DBs wouldn't follow the WRs until the user tells them too.

Question guys, I know this is a little off subject but when you guys AB blitz or when you see it used on you, is it most effective coming from a DE or an LB. I am assuming using a DT to run real fast into someone is probably not going to create too much heat
If you think I should post this as a thread I try there. Thanks ahead of time for any help
    Thanks
