    Besr Defense 4 DA RAIDERS!

I know Stretch uses the 46 for the "Silver and Black" but I'm thinking that w/ the departure of Burgess that going to a 3-4 would be better use of their talent. I would sub n Sands at NT and move Kelly to the other DE spot opposite of Ellis. At the LB's I'll use Alston/Brown/Morrison/Howard and in the secondary it would be Johnson/Huff/Branch/Asomugha. What u guys think? Which 3-4 playbook should I use?

    Thanks 4 UR help

A DL of Ellis, Kelly, Joseph, and Sam Williams has been fantastic for me in the 46.

I have been using Williams as the DE lately as well. I do Ellis, Kelly and WIlliams with Alston, Brown, Morrison, and Howard at the LBs. Then I have D Brown at FS and Huff at SS. I havent ran much 46 though its all been 3-4 for me.

You should give the 46 a shot.

Honestly, the kinds of heat I have been able to find in the 46 is scary as hell. Sometimes I wonder whether I should have given out some of the plays that I've come up with. Many times, the heat gets through so fast, it's almost unfair.

Stretch u've been getting the HEAT even with the game speed at SLOW! WOW! I might give the 4-6 a chance. By the way what offense r u running? Also do have Russell or Garcia at QB?

Yes, even with slow gamespeed, the heat gets there incredibly fast.

I use the Run N Gun PB. Check out Michura's thread. He has a similar playing style to me, and his thread has some very good offensive concepts.

Um, no. Russell all day. It takes Garcia's passes an hour to reach the receiver, which definitely doesn't work in my quick passing scheme.

I've been playing with a different setup. I moved Ellis inside with Kelly and have Scott outside with Williams. Ellis holds his own @ DT and it gives me more speed inside & out.

You know, I thought about trying that exact lineup as well. I may give it a shot.
