    Goalline fade play

Any tips on how to execute this play?

What is the perfect situation to use it?

What are some pre-snap reads you need to make sure you have a good chance of executing this play?

I think for sure you need a receiver with a great jumping rating. Ala Randy Moss.

man ive seen this play ran on me as well.....not really sure how to do it either. Its just like in real life - kinda lobbed towards the back corner. I am just so scared to do it because lobs usually = turnovers.....Im gonna have to try this tonight in practice. Seems a lot of cover 2 is ran in the red zone and this would be a nice play to add to goalline offense.

Eeeww....I don't know man. Against cover 2 you'll prolly need a receiver with a good beat press rating. Other than that doesn't it still get jammed up? Plus throwing biscuits makes it easier for the defender to get in position for the pick. Must be some trick to it. Like maybe a motion or something. You know what I'm saying? Maybe like motion the guy one step and snap and lob that garden tool. But still wouldn't a lob be easier to pick? I wonder what happens if you motion the outside fade to the slot, so it goes inside? Lab time.

I use this play often and it gets the job done, I run with the Boys and use R. Williams, with a BnR just wait until he breaks free and toss over the heads of the "D" Nothing too it and I never labbed this play, just tried it once, had success and never looked back!

Do you use any pass lead?

Lob, sprint to the circle, then use the RIGHT stick to cut back towards the qb.

Just pass lead up , lob, run to circle, press strafe button (to get position for a jumpball) and press catch. I usually play with Chiefs or Chargers so i have Dwayne Bowe, Brad Cottam, Vincent Jackson, Antonio Gates, Malcom Flloyd all as great jumpball receivers.
