Question about Labbing

When I am labbing a play what defenses should I lab agianst to make me better. Say for instance 1. Man 2. Man Blitz 3. Zone Blitz 4, Cover 2 and 5. Cover 3. Im asking because when I pick random play it gose smooth but it dose not seem to work when Im in a game online. So im asking what are the main Defences I should go up agianst to make me better on line if I had to break down a few

well if u are trying to figure out plays that are good man beaters, lab against a team that has good corners. ( raiders, chargers ect.)

if u want to lab against a team that runs alot of cover 2 and cover 3, and is actually good at it, i would say play against the titans, or teams that rush 4 or 3.

if u want to lab against a blitzing team, i would lab against the steelers or ravens.

its good to pick plays that are hard for u to beat, and figuring out some plays to exploit them. also, when u are labbing, check the free safety to see what he does, because that tells you if its, cover 1, 2, or 3.

cover 1 or 3, he will stay in the middle, and cover 2, he will run to protect a certain side of the field ( usually the left from your point view). cover 1 is usually man coverage, and if ur not sure if its cover 1 or 3, look at the corners and see if they drop back to about the same spot he is. if they drop back, it is a cover 3, which means the sidelines ( about 10 to 15 yards from line of scrimmage) will be open. cover 2, the deep middle is open, and cover 1 means the crossing routes and sometimes the deep routes are gonna be open. it really helps ur pass game.

BTW, this takes a while to get good at, because u need to be able to read it quickly. but if u master it, ur passing game will be unstopable.
