Nanos Out of 3-4

Sojmeone want to lab with me some nanos out of 3-4. I can make up nanos in the 4-6 off the top in a sec but I'm not familiar with them in the 3-4. I can blitz 6 people easy in the 3-4 and get pressure but I'm looking for more 4-5 man rush nanos where the lineman baits and switches. I may want to switch to the jets D playbook but I love my safety blitz out of the 4-6.

I use the Jets D playbook and there is the 46 Normal in there and it has the SS Blitz!!

Multiple D is the best book with 34 and 46, IMO. It has 46, 43, all the 34's (other than Over and Predator), plus a 115 set with the elusive Cover 2 play.

Jets D is good too. Also, look at the Ravens book.
