What's more frustrating: Being ran all over or passed on all day?

Just wondering what you guys think. I find I get more of a good feeling when my opponent can't stop my run, so I'd say getting ran on is definitely more frustrating.

first hand experience.. Vincent240 ran over 200 yards on me. most. frustrating. game. ever.

nobody ever ran that much on me before. and i've given up plenty of big games to qb's.. but running? nah, that never happened. so definitely, giving up 10-15 yards a pop in the run game all game long was a killer.

Getting run all over sucks. You know where they are going, but some players have the skill to still pull off a good gain. What is the worst is when your tacklers bounce off the guy or they just watch as the HB runs by.

I get more angry when people pass all over me, like those little stick, drags, screens. Those short passes I get angry when I cant stop those and think those are the worse.

I cant stand being run all over.. Theres nothing worse than putting the defenders in the right positions just to have them miss a tackle.

At least with passing you can attempt to make coverage/blitz adjustments, but in the running game if they're in the right position its just up to chance weather or not they make the tackle.

Hmm, well its frustrating when a person is running all over you with little 3-4 yd runs everytime; especially also when you tackle them 3 yds behind the line of scrimmiage just to see them break the tackle and get more yds (i.e Brandon Jacobs).

As for passing, its frustrating when a person is passing all over you with short little routes down the field where they catch the ball around 2-3 defenders that weren't paying attention; I hate that too. I guess being ran all over is more frustrating.

Running a pressure defense the first rule is stop the run. Getting run on stinks to high heaven.

They are both bad, some players are good enough too do both on you, nothing is worse than both.

hmmm well this goes beyond just passing and running.

I started rocket catching on some people and they got pretty upset... but other then that I would have to say being run on, especially when you keep missing tackles.

    Cool

I pride myself on defense and I like to set the tone with my D so I would have to say getting ran all over is a bumer. Because if you can't stop the run you are pretty much screwd.

IMHO, being manhandled by not being able to stop the run
