Unhappy Having trouble with these 3 plays

I play in house tournaments and i am having a lot of trouble with this one play. I believe the play is a option play or a strong flood play. The guy send his running back in motion and out on a streak route. When he doing that im hitting triangle twice and left to put my defense in man coverage. Every time he is able to get that play on me no matter that im shuting him down on every thing else. 2 play is the hb pass most time i try to play cover2 or a drop zone cover3 flats and he either hotroute the wideout on a streak or a quick out to gain major yards on my defense. 3 plays last but not least is the hb sweep toss or just plain sweep out of the viking playbook. No matter if i do stingpinch zone or the strong blitz or the renegade or a nanos from over or under defense set. My defense is total out of postion to make a play to slow this down. So as you can see CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME OUT im out i hope to hear from you soon alc

i would say run the cover 2 and whichever side he's sending his hb out to control that safety and cover deep (switch the play so the other safety is in that hook zone and youre in deep zone) and more than likely you could alo blitz one of the free OLB's

wildcat hb pass? or the actual halfback pass? either way i would say an all out blitz. dime 3-2-6 fire blitz or 4-3 engage eight stuff. if he cant get outside he cant pass or run, so you could do edge sting too or do cover 2 again and blitz the OLB's

its looking like you may need to switch away from the 3-4 buddy. or at least heres your option for this problem. nickel. more importantly, nickel strong. and if absolutely necessary spread your LB's (in 3-4). do nickel though and do the one play with the blitzing nickelback and 1 safety in deep zone, or the other similar play with both safety's in deep zone.
