Defense Lab Unit.....

Fellas, got the idea from another forum. Let's get a list of a defensive lab crew going. We can lab from unranked, taking turns working on what defeats us and finding weapons to counter it. Personally I've been playing NG since 08 but my D is suspect. Now I know lots of plays and I READ info on here daily. What I need help with is understanding how/what/why to scheme on defense. Fk I've prolly lost 30-40 gms because I cannot get off the field.

So if anyone is interested in sharing knowledge and getting there D up. My GT is BURRITO BANDIDO. I'm on cnt time and I use the NYJ pb. Although if you let me know your PB I'll chime in however I can. Later....

Hey, I'm down with that! I'm new to the site,so I'd appreciate it if someone "showed me around" I use the Jets def. p/b, and I really want to understand it better.
