3-4 Cover 2/3 NY Jets PB

I got a question ??? I can bring pressure like hell from the outside using the 3-4 cover 2 and cover 3 but getting inside pressure is a lil harder. The Question is what is the best package out the 3-4 to get pressure from from the inside using the Cover2 or 3? Im not asking for your Blitzes but am asking which is the easiest ( Normal, Over, Solid, Stack or preditor) to get inside pressure?

I would have to say even is my favorite for getting middle pressure. Just pinch the linebackers and it puts 2 linemen and 2 linebackers from guard to guard. Same with nickel 2-4-5.

    3-4 Solid - Cover 2

    1. Reblitz LE
    2. Blitz RILB in left A gap off DT's hip.

If the O doesn't slide protect or keep in an extra blocker, the RILB will shoot right through. Manually blitzing him is nice also because you can counter PA.

Its definately solid for A gap heat. Basicly from any play you can get a nano if you reblitz all your linemen and pinch them and then reblitz a LB in an A Gap. Slide protection will definately stop this though and so will a RB since your only bringing 4. If your on 360 id be willing to lab i run NYJ D as well, i cant get outside heat from 3-4 maybe we could swap im GBPACKERSFTW

easiest A gap blitz to set up with NYJ PB (3-4 predator pinch.)
Just pinch line move Lilb to gap and reblitz... then click off to other backer. it's a one player set up, no need to re blitz the line...
