    desperate for defense

I love defensive football I mean really love it... nothing is more exciting to me than seeing a defensive coordinator send waves of defenders at the QB or seeing a group of lbs smash a Rb in the backfield before he even realizes he has the football.... with that being said my Madden defense is terrible I mean the CPU rips me a new one time and time again no matter what I've tried so far it just hasn't yielded the frustratingly dominant defense that i so desperately long for.... I play on 360 using the nyj d playbook but i can't come up with a scheme to save my life any help would be greatly appreciated....

So you want a defense that stops the CPU?

Quarters man under man bump, control the MLB in spy and protect the middle

    Quarter cover 2 zone

There are other more complicated schemes I just don't feeling typing it right now.

I would run something like 2 man under and put both safeties in hook zones on both on QB Spy.

Welker a possesion WR's just like all Caucasian WR's so when you can no longer do that, you gotta sit the bench or learn how to kick FGs or Punts -STICKTHEVICKTIM

Doesn't matter what I run against the CPU, the computer can not run for ****, and it doesn't seem to try very hard. I can't sack the CPU without resorting to nonsense (like moving my LDE behind the RDE, because the CPU doesn't adjust or exploit this). Even then, it doesn't work well, the cpu almost always gets the pass off, even if it is horrible lob. Annoys me so much.

Which is worse? Your run or your pass D? I was getting killed my first 2 years in franchise but I just picked up tricks. My passing D was horrible and defending the run on 10 is hard because the cpu will break like 5 tackles in a row. Just practice reading the offense to predict plays.

with alot of people switching to the 3-4 ... a 3-4 play book is the best playbook to have it lets u do alot of things either maximizing pass rush or coverage learn how to run it and u will be unstoppable
