I Learned this from another guy anyways and im going to share it since thats what we do at VGsports

3-4 Stack (basicly any play...definately zone...prolly cover 3)

Blitz your 2 outside backers. (btw this can be done in 3 seconds by pressing the LB audible button, and then Left and right on the right thumbstick)

Shift your D line left
Spread out your LBs

Might want to houtroute a MLB on a buzz to defend the rollout.

This should bring pressure on the outside (either side usually the left) it helps if you fake blitz the middle to draw in the linemen. Fake blitzing is a very interesting concept that i recently learned from labbing

Its basicly when you Hotroute a random person to blitz, but you user them so after they take a blitz step, you can just cover with them. This pulls the O-lines protection out of place and helps your blitz setups in alot of different ways.
