    My Dallas Scheme

This scheme uses only four formations, a power running formation Full House Normal Wide (with a quick pass), a balanced formation Gun Split Cowboy, a spread formation Gun Y-Trips HB Weak, and a compressed formation Gun Snugs Flip.

Each formation is based around the quick passes and each formation has a good running play. This scheme can be run by a QB with poor deep throw accuracy and doesn't need big WRs. A quick pass catching back, one fast WR, one big WR, and a good TE are all that is needed.

Each formation's personnel are similar enough that audibling between formations does not hurt you.

**These plays are all mine, except the Full House plays which I got from the Madden Bible Balanced E-Book and therefore are not included. If a play seems similar to something you have seen before that doesn't mean I stole it, these are just common concepts found in a lot of plays.**

I use this playbook instead of Pass Balanced because I don't like using large amounts of Off Tackle runs and I like the Full House in this playbook.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------

    Full House
    Normal Wide
Same setup given in Madden Bible's Balanced E-Book

    -----------------------------------------------------------------

    Gun
    Snugs Flip
PA X Clown (Formation Audible Left)
    Inside Right WR Drag
HB Slant-Outside Motion less than a step
1.) The HB running at full speed should be your first read
2.) read the two crossing routes for the open WR
3.) roll out left for the shallow out-route
4.) look deep to the clown route

*Great all purpose play, works well against any coverage. Against heat you can block the HB and roll out left.*

    Gun
    Snugs Flip
    Bench (Formation Audible Right)
    Outside left WR Drag
    Outside Right WR Slant
    Smart Route the Corner Routes
1.) Wait for the mesh and look for either the slant or drag
2.) Look deep for the corner routes
3.) Look for the delayed curl out of the backfield
*Good against blitzes and all coverage defenses. You can slide Protect left to get the HB out of the backfield faster.*

    Gun
    Snugs Flip
    Corner N Go's
Both outside WRs on slants towards the sidelines
    HB on a streak
1.) The routes by the inside WRs can be thrown at three different spots, right as they cut outside (deadly flat pass), right as the cut inside (always hit a hole in zone coverages), or when they cross (creates a mesh and kills man)
2.) The slants can be manually caught against any zone because all of the defenders will be running step for step with the WR (the slants also beat man)
3.) The HB beats cover 2

*Good against everything but BnR defenses.*

    Gun
    Snugs Flip
HB Mid Draw (Formation Audible Down)
    Slide Protect Up

    -----------------------------------------------------------------

    Gun
    Y-Trips HB Wk
PA WR In (Formation Audible Left)
Far Left Receiver on slant towards the sideline
    HB Inside Slant
    Motion the HB one step
*If facing Man BnR Motion Far Right Reviver in about 1 step*
1.) HB at full speed out of the backfield
2.) Wheel route to the sideline by the slot WR
3.) The Slant-Route being run by the far left WR will be wide open for a quick pass if there are no buzz (purple) zones
4.) Shake-Post deep by far right WR (the drag should keep the hook (yellow) zones down near the LOS)
    5.) The drag
*Kills both Man BnR and zone, great all around play.*

    Gun
    Y-Trips HB Wk
    619 Sail
Far left WR on a slant towards the sideline
1.) The HB is running a quick pass that can be thrown right at the snap
2.) The Slant-Route being run by the far right WR will be wide open for a quick pass if there are no buzz (purple) zones
3.) The flat route gets open if you roll right
4.) The C route is open for a quick pass when it cuts inside against most coverage
5.) The Streak can be RC'ed

    *Another great play.*

    Gun
    Y-Trips HB Wk
    HB Slip Screen
    *Against Man and Zone*
    Slot WR on a streak
Far Right WR on a slant towards the sideline
    Roll Right
1.) The Slant-Route being run by the far right WR will be wide open for a quick pass if there are no buzz (purple) zones
2.) The flat defender will be sucked in by the QB rolling out; the flat route should be wide open
3.) The crossing route kills man
    4.) Streak can be RC'ed
5.) The screen is your last read

    *Against Man*
    Slot WR on an out-slant
Motion Far Right Receiver past the slot WR
1.) The LCB will leave the slant wide open
    2.) Flat Route
    3.) Crossing Route
    4.) Screen

*Good against all-coverage defenses, watch out for QB contains.*

    Gun
    Y-Trips HB Wk
    Stick (Formation Audible Up)
    HB slant towards the sideline
Motion the HB less than one step
1.) HB at full speed out of the backfield
2.) Either the stick route (the short curl) or the shallow out-route will be open for a quick pass

*Good defense to quick hike the defense, simple reads.*

    Gun
    Y-Trips HB Wk
HB Off Tackle (Formation Audible Down)

    -----------------------------------------------------------------

    Gun
    Split Cowboy
PA Skinny Post (Formation Audible Left)
    Hb Slant-Right
Far left WR Slant towards the sideline
Motion HB less than a step
1.) The Slant-Route being run by the far right WR will be wide open for a quick pass if there are no buzz (purple) zones
2.) The HB will get open against man
3.) The delay route kills zone and the HB acts as an additional blocker
4.) The HB holds the buzz (yellow) zones away from the post
5.) The comeback route kills most any coverage if thrown right
*Good against zone coverages and regular man coverages.*

    Gun
    Split Cowboy
Cowboy TE Out (come out in this play)
Far Right WR on a slant towards the sideline
Motion HB less than a step
1.) Pass lead to the TE right as he reaches the LOS (this is my go to route and cannot be stopped, manually or otherwise)
2.) The Slant-Route being run by the far right WR will be wide open for a quick pass if there are no buzz (purple) zones
3.) The HB is also open for a quick pass
4.) The drag can get open against man
5.) The Deep-Out by the Far Left WR can be RC'ed

*This is a great play against any coverage.*

    Gun
    Split Cowboy
    WR Corners
1.) The C-Routes kill man once they cut inside, can be RC'ed about 5 yards from the sideline, and with the streak get open against all zones but cover 4
2.) The flat routes get open against most any defense as well
3.) The streak can be RC'ed

    *Another great play.*

    Gun
    Split Cowboy
    689 Hook (Formation Audible Right)
Put the Outside Left WR on a slant towards the sideline
Put the Outside Right WR on a Drag motion in one step
1.) The HB is on a route than be quick passed right at the snap
2.) The TE runs a great flat route that gets open against most defenses
3.) The Slant-Route being run by the far right WR will be wide open for a quick pass if there are no buzz (purple) zones
4.) The drag or post will either be open as well

    Gun
    Split Cowboy
    HB Power (Formation Audible Down)
    Motion anyone.
*Probably one of the best shotgun running plays.*

    -----------------------------------------------------------------
    Audibles
1.) Full House Normal Wide HB Sweep
2.) Gun Y-Trips HB Weak HB Slip Screen
    3.) Gun Y-Trips HB Weak 619 Sail
4.) Gun Snugs Flip Corner N'Go
5.) Gun Split Cowboy WR Corners

Good work as always. Definetly a break from the norm.
    Fear the 4-3 Under.

Nice job on this. I particularly like Corner's and Go's. Those slot angle routes are murder on most zone coverages. And if you get man, just go to Bench and hit on of the Corner toutes.

Dallas is a very underrated book, IMO. I think you should check out Strong Tight, particularly Inside Zone. One of the very best running plays in the game, and only avaliable in the Dallas book (from this formation).

Yeah that is a nice formation.

The inside zone blocks like an off tackle, their is a toss, and a play that kills BnR, but I really would like another passing play
