Yes I am total agreement with you. This owner and about 6-10 others don't check the boards for various reasons. So they never see the message. Emails are posted for each team on the site. No one uses them.
Guys don't respond because this league isn't something they are interested in ultimately..
Some say they sit online all day and feel that is enough...So I do understand your frustration.
