RUMOR has it that madden 10 server will be discontinue.

There is a strong rumor that EA is in the process of ending the online gamming for the ps2 player. It has been report but not confirm that EA will end the server for madden 10 on feburary 8. Dont quote me on this but it is being whisper around the madden community for those that still get online and play games.
It wouldnt be hard to see that happening do to the fact that when you go to EA forums that ps2 games and stuff has been disgaurded by the company and EA in general. Plus the push is to get every one on board the nextgen train.
Along with the fact that once madden 11 wasnt put online that this day was bound to come sooner or later. The reason this might be taking place now the football season is over and they have grown tired of keeping the server up for a measley few players that if they want to continue to play madden they will have to make the switch now.
If anyone can either find out if this is real or just a rumor please let us know. But i atleast thought i would clue you in on this devlopment in ps2 world Peace ALC

Final thought on this D day is tuesday february 8. Dont know the exact time that the server will be shutdown it could be 12 oclock that night which in turn is early tuesday mourning. Or it could be early like 6 oclock or 8 oclock that mourning. But the end to online gamming for the ps2 player and nations will be that day. Just thought you should know for those that care peace ALC

Well that nice but by all accounts the ps2 online gaming ended feb 8 and i still stand by that statement. If you want to prove me wrong then send in a youtube tape of the game you have play online on the ps2 and the exact date and opponet to prove your point that madden 10 is still able to be play online. I will admit to you and the whole madden community that im wrong. But if you cant send in a current madden game and show that what you say is true then we all know that you are a liar and arent worthy of any consideration with in the madden community. Peace ALC

Here 3 question then how many people are on with you? How many games have you play? How many players are in the lobbies? If zero is your main answer then we all know that you cant get on because i have check each and every time and the system is down it done.
