My thoughts after playing one 4 inning game in the demo:

Analog Pitching:
I like it with the exception of one thing - the redundency of location. I've already supposedly spotted my location with the left stick before throwing the ball. If I don't match that with the direction of the right stick when pitching then there's trouble... lol. It would be better if the up and down mechanics of the actual pitch didn't mess with the location spotting of the left stick,

Analog Batting:
Not a fan. Some people may dig it but I'm not sold on this one. I'll be using the buttons for this. I need to get a PS MOVE though and check that out when the game drops for the HR Derby. (Getting one anyway for Tiger Woods so may as well try it here).

Analog Throws by Fielders:
It's nice and will take some getting used to but I think I'm stuck in button-mode here. It's just too natural for me to hit the button after fielding instead of using the stick. Nothing wrong with the stick mechanics for it though. I can see where some may like/prefer it.

As usual, the game itself feels incredibly smooth. I'm psyched up for the launch, can't wait to have at it in offline chise, RTTS Pitcher and our online chise (in that order).

You won't regret it at all. Been loving this game for 3 years straight now. 2K doesn't come close.
