3-4 Over Sting Pinch. It has a man and zone version--confuse them and mix it up. Spread the line, fill the gaps with the inside MLBs and have fun.
Welker a possesion WR's just like all Caucasian WR's so when you can no longer do that, you gotta sit the bench or learn how to kick FGs or Punts -STICKTHEVICKTIM

I'll have to add the 34 Over back in. I've been using the Solid and Under out of the 34.

The best zone blitzes I've found this year were from the Dime Normal. You don't have to do anything over the top to get them to work, so they set up fast and easy - and you don't have to give up gap integrity either.

Any Dime Normal play (I like alternating Cover 1 and 3):

    1. Shift LB to the right and reblitz. Can all be done globally.
    2. Reblitz LE.

You get pressure from the LE. User the FS over the middle. This can be done on both sides.

Good stuff guys, I should run more dime because I find my opponents bail out of the run too early against me. I will add this to my defensive game plan.

34 odd is the best 34 set this year. It has atleast 3 schemes you can run out of it. I may do a write up on it

I have been running this for 3 years now. I guess it caught some eyes.

It also works with Press showing blitz.

I have been using the 3-4 Odd as well. I was thinking of going to one of the 40 fronts. It seems to be a little more difficult to get pressure with the 3-4.
