Countering quick motion in on singleback bunch flanker drive?

Click on the outside CB, move him outside a step, and get back to your user defender.

The motion takes a second to do, so you should have enough time to do both steps if you act quickly.

The only time it throws me is when my D's have elaborate setups, so I generally stay away from those when I see someone motion-snapping.

It isn't cheap.. this is a counter to someone who constantly uses the overprogrammed, overeffective bump n run

Not at all.

I don't consider anything cheap, but I can't even see why someone would even pause to think if they thought this was cheap.
