What I'm saying is that entire concept (IRS refunds) in wacked. Investing it in projects like infrastructure (things that the taxes are meant for) would put more money in people's pockets in the long haul. Putting those dollars to work will put more people to work.
I agree but the IRS is a domain unto itself and there is a lot more wacked about them then refunds to the common folk. Look to the 1% if you really want to see wacked.
