Because I just had an epiphany and wanted to share. I was thinking to myself about why the special prosecutor is taking so long and then it hit me. BAM! Screwing up a case like this is career suicide. If she fails to file charges, no one will remember her as anything but some random person who didn't file charges. If she takes on teh case and loses (which there is a good chance she does) she is DONESO!

That's ridiculous, there were only 2 people involved and one of them is dead. We know that as hole did it. As far as the OJ case goes you had people tampering with evidence and nothing actually placed him there. Not the same thing. But it is similar to Emmitt Teals murder, when no one was sent to jail.

I am not sure what you do for a living, but as a trial lawyer I can tell you that in no way is that mentality "ridiculous". Most people who are prosecutors use it as a stepping stone to another career, hence they are extremely concerned with their record and public perception.

I would say he's referring the ridiculousness of comparing the two cases especially as to why Zimmerhead hasn't been charged. Two different animals but at any rate not sure what Marsha Clarks political aspirations were but needless to say life after the prosecuters office has been pretty damn good to her.

Also the special prosecuter would be an idiot not to try the case. After the trial regardless of outcome a book deal says they fly off the shelf.

You need to understand that the media lied to you about the facts of this case. It didn't go down like how the reported and what you believe. So where did you get your info from saying Trayvon beat up Zimmerman? Because if you heard it we all should've heard it, but I heard Zimmerman claimed he had a busted nose and no blood was on his shirt. I also heard he had an injury to his head but there wasn't any bruising to support that claim. Fact is he killed a boy 17 who was minding his business because he was a black kid in his neighborhood. The altercation that took place is irrelevant because he provoked it.
