Because I just had an epiphany and wanted to share. I was thinking to myself about why the special prosecutor is taking so long and then it hit me. BAM! Screwing up a case like this is career suicide. If she fails to file charges, no one will remember her as anything but some random person who didn't file charges. If she takes on teh case and loses (which there is a good chance she does) she is DONESO!

That's ridiculous, there were only 2 people involved and one of them is dead. We know that as hole did it. As far as the OJ case goes you had people tampering with evidence and nothing actually placed him there. Not the same thing. But it is similar to Emmitt Teals murder, when no one was sent to jail.

I am not sure what you do for a living, but as a trial lawyer I can tell you that in no way is that mentality "ridiculous". Most people who are prosecutors use it as a stepping stone to another career, hence they are extremely concerned with their record and public perception.

I would say he's referring the ridiculousness of comparing the two cases especially as to why Zimmerhead hasn't been charged. Two different animals but at any rate not sure what Marsha Clarks political aspirations were but needless to say life after the prosecuters office has been pretty damn good to her.

Also the special prosecuter would be an idiot not to try the case. After the trial regardless of outcome a book deal says they fly off the shelf.

Exactly, but one thing I'm afraid of is he will get away with murder and everyone in the US

Nobody is denying that Zimmerman killed Martin. The issue is that Martin beat the sh1t out of Zimmerman and Zimmerman shot Martin out of self defense. He could go free because of that. You need to understand that the media lied to you about the facts of this case. It didn't go down like how the reported and what you believe. Zimmerman wasn't some blood thirsty racist looking to kill a black kid.

It's my opinion therefore conclusion that at the very least Zimmerhead should be charged with involuntary manslaughter.
Here is what we know as facts some of which is alleged-

1. The Sanford police department has absolutley bungled the investigation.
2. The Chief of Police stepped down.
3. The State Attorney was replaced.
4. Prior to the shooting the Sanford Police department had allegedly received reports of Zimmerheads aggressive behavior.
5. Zimmerman was self appointed to the neighborhood watch.
6. Zimmerhead from the 911 dispatch transcripts was specifically told not to follow the victim.

From that alone if it's a dark and rainy night and a complete stranger in street clothes approches me in a neighborhood I'm not to familiar with asking me questions I'm going to assume somethings up and it would be one of two things fight or flight. I have no doubt thats what was going through that kids mind but of course we will never know because Zimmerhead killed him. Which is why I said at the very least involuntary manslaughter.
