The only way McNabb gets consideration is if they factor in the amount of TD passes/yards, the lack of INTs, and then dump in his rushing totals as the X factor because there aren't many QBs ever with his passing #s and rushing #s combined.
But it will have to be all of those things. Passing #s alone won't cut it and ironically the part of his game that he "didn't want to be known for" is the only thing keeping him relevant in a conversation about the HOF.
