Everything else is ticky-tack crap that drive the hate which people use to enforce their feelings about why they don't like him. Partying in a club? That just added to it. Noone has ever hated an athlete for partying in a club.

"Not 1, Not 2," - I have no problem with that. He, Wade, and Bosh were given the center stage for f'n Heat Pep rally. They were trying to excite the crowd and fans about the 3 of these players coming together. It just so happened it was getting national attention. I'm not sure what would've been the better thing to say. He was directing it to the fans of Miami, but all fans were watching and took it personally.
And that little speech also stemmed from the decision.

If 'The Decision' never happens, then all the other little dumb athlete actions he has done are just par for the course, and don't nearly have the impact as they do with it behind it all. People want to see him fail, because of how he left Cleveland and how he presented himself to Miami.

Nothing more, nothing less.
I had and still have a major problem with "Not one, not two..." because it was completely disrespectful to every great player that ever came before him. It's so hard to win one. It takes that perfect storm. Even if he wins every one from here on out, it was just flat out disrespectful. He hadn't even won it once yet. I hope he never wins one.
