How do you feel about going to the gym before work in the morning? I feel as if I crash a lot earlier in the night during the week and I wake up feeling I didn't do a hell of a lot after I get home from work. Yeah, i'll go to the gym around 6pm but that gets monotonous and I battle the lazies when I get home as well. Anyone in a structured morning routine? I expect at least one Indecline meme in this response. Looking for the motivation. Thanks for the motivation.

your testosterone is supposed to be the highest in the hours after you wake up in the morning.

I'm not a guru, but I have a morning routine. I usually work around 630am, so I get up at around 430. I drink some water, Do about 45 minutes to an hour of cardio, have some fruit, watch the news, shower, all that. My hours are crazy, so I usually get home and take a good nap for about an hour and a half, eat something, then lift. So basically, cardio in the morning, weights at night. It sucks at first, but after about a week, you get used to it. Plus if you go hard enough in the morning, you get that nice runner's high for a few hours.

Just take a good nap when you get home and eat a small meal, you'll be ****ing bouncing off the walls.

When I first started working out in the mornings it was tough; it felt like if you've ever woken up and your hands can't open something or twist something off. After a week or so though, it felt normal, and I feel so much more accomplished working out in the morning before class than after. It also feels like it gives me more spare time in the afternoon/night.

If you get some Jack3d, it makes morning workouts much easier and tolerable.

I only go in the morning. Eye candy isn't there, but I know I won't go after work or at lunch. I get up at 5

Gym is empty at 7 in the morning, so I love it. Beats the hell out of the rush hour crowd after work at 6:30-7.

Well, I dragged my azz to the gym at 5:45 and did a spin class, showered, went to the deli, got a strawberry n' cream muscle milk along with egg whites and now i'm at my desk feeling pretty damn refreshed. I had that fight or flight moment when my alarm went off at 5:15 but I said F it and did the Shawn Michaels hop when he gets up from the mat. I intend to keep up the routine.

Thanks for the response. Does Jack3d make you feel jittery? I hate the cracked out feeling that comes along with a crash.

Don't buy a commercial preworkout product.

Your better off just buying Caffeine, NO, Beta Alanine pills and taking them together.

Wow, you're kind of normal, cool. What is "NO"? I've read many reviews on jack3d and they seem positive. I need it as a boost since i'm getting to the gym basically by 6 then work full time till about 6 PM, long days during the week.

NO means Nitric Oxide. Jack3d is pretty much NO/Beta Alanine/Caffiene/Arganine but they use a proprietary blend so your ussualy not getting close to the same dose you would get if you just took the same ingredients individually.

That makes sense. I will do some research. There's heart disease on my dads side so I am pretty weary about stimulants and what not.
