With the lack of true feature backs and virtually every team but a handful doing back by committee, its tough, after Foster, McCoy and MJD, Richardson might be my #4 ranked back only because he is a lock for 20-25 touches, seeing how Rice and Forte holding out (and we saw how that worked for Chris Johnson,) AP and Charles coming off of an ACL, Johnson being paid and happy, McFadden being injury prone I have no clue where to rank a lot of people. Outside of the top 3 every back has warts, a lot of them ugly as hell too.

Not going to lie, if I was picking three and Foster and McCoy were gone, I would honestly consider Aaron Rodgers there. Going QB that high might not be the smartest strategy, but I have more faith in him getting me points and getting Richardson or Doug Martin later.

Hes supposed to be 85% right now.

I think he'll be good to go by the start of the season.

also the O line is incredibly improved from 2 seasons ago.

Don't forget about Ryan Mathews. I think he could have a huge season. He played very well last year considering he didn't make every start and had Tolbert stealing touches. Now he has the whole job to himself. I may try to get him in round 1, he may end up with top 3 production.

Ryan Matthews sucks through and through.
Welker a possesion WR's just like all Caucasian WR's so when you can no longer do that, you gotta sit the bench or learn how to kick FGs or Punts -STICKTHEVICKTIM

haha, what makes you say that?

Often times in fantasy, I tend to ignore talent and pick up guys in nice situations (Shonn Greene, Cedric Benson) and that doesn't always work because they simply aren't good backs. Mathews is very talented and has one of the best situations in the league right now. The knock on him as been injuries and softness but he played through quite a few last year and had a very good season.

Because based upon the stats and the S.D games I have witnessed, he is non impressive. Sure, you can beat up teams in the weak PAC 10 (Outside of USC, Oregon etc) and it will raise your draft stock. He was flat out stuffed this year and I didn't see anything impressive outside of being speedy at times. But then again, everyone has an opinion and you know what they say about opinions ;-) Fantasy wise, I will not be drafting him.

Man I had Schaub, Britt and Charles on one of my teams last year. Im still bitter...

My plan for this year for the most part is... Only carry one QB on my roster (Im gunning for Cutler in round 8, if I get a top 3 pick... If I don't, I likely will go for one of the Holy Trinity (Rodgers, Brees, Brady), and literally spam my bench with RBs and WRs hoping to strike gold

Ideal team for me would be 6 or 7 RBs, 1 QB, 1 TE, 1 DEF, 1 K, 6 or 7 WRs... Just hope that 2 (3 in the case of FLEX spots) RBs work out and 2 or 3 WRs work out

RBs like Beanie Wells, Isaac Redman in addition to the guys I take early...

I don't mind taking chances early on guys like Charles, Murray, and to a lesser extent Mathews even though they're all fragile.. I just have to make sure my bases are covered unlike last season where Charles got hurt, then Britt then my season went up in smoke

He averaged 5 YPC and had 50 catches last season. It's not based on stats.

    Why no backup QB?

I'd rather take my chances on a sleeper RB or WR, then pick up someone during my QB's bye week. And if my QB ends up being Cutler, just gotta pray last year was a fluke and he won't get hurt. If I end up with Rodgers/Brady/Brees, those guys are pretty reliable.

Only way Im taking two QBs, is if there is literally nothing left at RB and WR worth scooping and Andrew Luck is staring me in the face. I'll take a flier.

And of course Im trying to learn from last season where Charles/Britt injuries killed me in two leagues

He caught 50 passes and went over 1000 yards with Tolbert splitting carries. I haven't watched every one of his games or anything, but he's looked pretty good in stretches and has obviously started to earn the confidence of the staff since he played a lot more down the stretch last year and he has very little competition for touches this year.
