i still like the heat in 6. okc winning the opener at home is no big suprise. i think miami splits with a road win tommorow, then takes 2 of three in miami before closing it out. When james was in attack mode OKC had no awnser. i think spolestra will get him going to the rim more often... especially when OKC matches miami with their own small lineup.

One concern is wade on defense... he looked like a statue against westbrook who went by him 3 or 4 times pretty easily for layups in the half court. and just didnt have length to even bother durants shot. he wasnt challenged much defensively in the half court the last 2 series. if his injuries have him a step slow miami may need to get creative with matchups

Anyone else giggle when before the game when ABC showed the vignette of LeBron clutching the trophy like he earned it?

Not as much as when they had Durant licking it like he f*cked it

Heat will not win if they keep taking Jumpers (Lebron and Wade).

Nothing really to say other than that.

Durant is #1 or #2 player in the league depending who you ask.

If he shot more, he could average 40 a game. Last night he only got 20 shots off and still put up 34.

Ha, that's actually not a bad comparison, ignoring Bird's ridiculous post game.

AND Pippen's and Garnett's ridiculous Defense.

Yeah, those are two of the greatest defenders of all time. Durant is not that.

Durant is more like a skinny Dirk with speed, athleticism, and handles. An unguardable 6'11 guy with the skills of an elite 2-guard.

Durant's game reminds me alot of Bird's. Durant at the top of the key scores alot like Bird did. Durant is quicker and more athletic, but Bird would just pull up short more to compensate. Durant can't post up like Bird could either, but they're very comparable.
