I love that there are people out there that don't realize that all those shows are scripted. First of all, the DRIVER would NEVER be the one getting out of the car. If there was a scrap , the driver would just pull the truck out of the parking lot, grab his guy, then boot it with the car and a middle finger hanging out the window.
