Reminds me, was watching the jets/bengals game tonight. Can't remember the announcers name but Tebow failed to recognize the open wr, and ended up scrambling for a 1st down. Announcer gets on his nuts of course, talking about how he's such a solid player and an asset to the team. Then he makes the mistake about talking about his ball control, saying he never fumbles. See twitter pop up with guys telling the announcer he should check stats before speaking because Tebow led NFL with 13 fumbles last year despite not even playing in all of the games.

I get we all make mistakes, but some of the things these "analysts" say are completely off. Hate listening to guys like Jon Gruden(everyone has superstar potential) but enjoy some of the NFL network analysts like Mayock who clearly do their homework even if they're not as polished on the mic.

For a QB, Tebow isn't that bad when compared to other QBs. You have to look at it per touch, not total fumbles. Check out this blog: http://maddenmanniac.blogspot.com/20...carry-car.html

True, rates are always better than one off stats. Is part of my dislike of tebow as a starting quality qb showing through I guess.
