Apparently Chad was arrested and charged with domestic battery in 2000, right before he started his playing career at Oregon State. He pleaded no contest. He said it in his 2006 book, but this never became relevant until now. Still believe Chad? Btw, it's according to PFT.

Not to dismiss it entirely, but that was college and a lot of BS goes on. Since then he has had baby mamas and their drama and hasnt had an incident of of abuse. His wife on the other hand has a video documented history including this year of being violent and mouthy. Based on what i have seen of her, there is no way for me to believe that she found a condom receipt and NOT swung on him and ran her mouth. So based on that, i can't convict either one. If I am Chads lawyer, thats the angle i take regardless of it being true or not.

I'm actually giving Chad the benefit of the doubt here. This chick is a grade-A attention whore. I'm guessing that she swung at him and headbutted him.
