3-3-5 Recruits

Hey all, I'm new to the boards. I am starting a dynasty and plan on useing the 3-3-5 stack as my base D. I was wondering what kind of personel should i recruit for this D? Should I go after the 300+ pound D-lineman like in a
3-4? or quicker more agile D-lineman? and what type of linebackers and safetys are best for this D?

I have ran this defense since it was introduced this year, and i play with a buddy of mine in a dynasty. I have tried both types of linemen and the smaller quicker guys have worked tremendously for me. I usually recruit 6'4" olbs and move them to de, I'll grab soem very fast MLB's and move them to the outside. I'll get a very, very big nose tackle. my buddy runs a spread offense along with some "big formations" when he is forced to run. To counter that I like to get big physical SS's who can cover about as good as you would expect your nickel and dime cb's too do. Dont scarifice field intellengence for speed however, I have found that a saftey with 4.5 speed and A+ intellengence play very well in my system.
