Help with user catch against user pick(INT)!!!

I've played a few games here lately and I am getting killed with user catching.
On defense i can have 2 or maybe three defenders around the ball, and the reciever still comes down with it. Is there a technique to user pick's(INT), there's got to be one because when i am on offense i can't user catch but these guys can user pick over me, is there something i am doing wrong. For ex. I can have impact reciever(ohio state) deep in a cover 1 zone with only saftey deep. He is 10 yards away, and behind me with the ball coming over my shoulder, be he finds a wayto user pick everytime. its really becoming anoying . I'm just looking for some sugestions #1 a technique maybe to user catch better , or #2 user pick(INT) better , i am getting killed by this, and i hope it isn't a glitch .

you can jump on defense the same way you jump on offense. also, you may want to try using the hitstick, just wait for them at the circle and let them have it. they should drop the ball or fumble (especially if you do it with an impact corner or safety.
