Blitzes online

Is it just me or do people online just love to blitz on every down. And for some reason it always kills me.

Can anybody help me out with some ways to counter the blitzes that you see constantly online.

I'll be in the lab in the meantime figuring out some ways myself...

Get the Precision Passing thing down as fast as you can. People blitz because at this stage in the game, it works. Most people haven't gotten the hang of the cone well enough to force people to back off.

The counters are the same every year... The difference is that we aren't adapted to the cone yet.

quick slants and the flats, you don't have to have your vision cone within the same stadium to hit these routes, EA did this for exactly beating the blitz with QB's with small cones

Thats nice to know. I knew about the flats but not the slants, good stuff.

Yep, there ya go. That's essentially what I do against a blitz.

Also remember that you can pre-set your cone to a receiver before the play starts for a quick pass, which is always helpful.
