Little background... I am no chise addict, but I have always enjoyed franchise mode. I spend most of my madden time playing on online and use my franchise to lab, try new plays and that sort of thing. most of the time I force my self to really practice the whole game by doing things like only running 1 formation all game, no running all game, no passing all game, etc.
I am an average to above average online player and in 05 I could pretty much count on a 15-1 sb winning season on all-madden when I worked on my chise.
So in 06 I started a Bills franchise right off the bat on all-pro with the default sliders. I rebuilt the left side of the o-line and pretty much left the rest of the team as is. I dominated on def, while remaining compotent on off. through 7 games games ave points against was 7 and points for was 23. So the 7-0 Bills decided they needed a challenge to step up their game. I increased difficulty level to All-Madden. No biggie, I play ALL-MADDEN online quite often and win more then lose. Well, after NE and KC, Buffalo has fallen to 7-2 while being outscored 79-13 over these 2 games. MacGahee was averaging 90+ rushing yards a game in the first 7 but over the next 2 combined he put up 40 yards on 30 some carries. Lossman was adequate prior to the switch with 60% completeions, 9 TD's and 6 int's . Over the last 2 games he has thrown under 30%, 6 Int's and 0 TDs. The def that was allowing around 7 points a game was lucky to hold KC to 49! The tank-like monster, Dante Hall truck sticked 3 guys on his way to 101 KR TD. Considering that you can just imagine what the preist was doing....
The game is just not realistic on the all-madden level. As if Hall bowling over back-up LB's another quick example; I watched the replays of my INT's and most were just silly. One play I threw a quick post to the left TE in single back big, the def was in a 4-3, mlb was blitzing, lolb in hook zone and rolb in a flat zone, I throw a hard pass and led the TE whom had inside position on the olb while the safety was no where in sight, the perfect read and throw right? WRONG, the LOLB covered 5 yards in a nano second, magically traveled through the te and picked the ball. I dont mind a challenge, but this is just SO unrealistic, I can't see it as fun.

Is anyone running an ALL-MADDEN franchise? If so, how do you complete? Do you reconmend I stick it out till I start winning?
What sliders would you reconmend pumping up if I would like more of a challenge on ALL-PRO?
