Hi, I need some help

I cant figure out how to change my starting running back

I play the bears in franchise and im on my 6th week, I want to have benson as my starter, and no jones... how the heck do i do this?

The guide for the pc doesnt say how to, its a very crap guide

use "depth chart" and put benson at the top of the list.
