Playing against someone that uses quarters defense the whole game

what are some strategies against someone who uses this the whole game? i had trouble running cuz they kept stuffing the wholes and they brought the whole secondary to the line of scrimmage .

learn how to throw the deep ball. If this is played against me its usually a cover 1 so you can just max protect and go deep.

You have to realize that if anyone is successful in stuffing your run with quarter, theyve gotta be playing one or no deep zones. If you have a fast receiver, playmaker him up and run a playaction with just two receivers going out for a pass. just lob it up. once you get him to respect deep ball he wont be crowding the line anymore.

+ in 2006 you actually can run vs quarters 8man in box pretty well if you keep it between tackles. All it takes is little patience and maybe some WR/FB motions. You might only get 3-5 yrds/carry but that should be enough for rushing average.
