    Question Practice Strategies

Hey guys Im trying to improve my game and I was wanting some advice on practice strategies. Will you share some of the ways you utilize practice or the Pass Skeleton to do the following:
1.Read Pre and Post Snap formations/def alignment

    On the defensive front:
    1. Practicing defending against the pass. (i.e. long balls, swat or int)

    Would appreciate any feedback, thanks.

What I do to practice against the pass is get in practice mode and set the CPU on a hailmary play and take control of either safety. Work on the timing of getting to the circle, get used to when u should sprint and when u shouldn't sprint.

Figure out when u should swat or go for the INT. If u are getting there at the last second its better to swat then trying to pick it. Once u feel comfortable with the safety move to corner and work on staying with the WR. After u get that down have the CPU run different routes. Work on useing the LB and cover drag, slants, and in routes.

When u are controlling a deffender its important to stick to his assignment. If ur a LB and ur supposed to be in yellow zone over the middle stay in that zone. If a reciver comes in ur zone and leaves don't follow him. Stay with him untill he leaves then get back into the middle. If its man coverage stay with the guy u are supposed to as best u can.

    hope this helps some.
