Fsu can lose the rest of their games and still make it. Pretty pathetic.

If BC didn't lose yesterday,FSU would have to clinch next week.

It will be Miami VS FSU,If Miami doesn't lose their last two ACC games.(hey, anything can happen.)

Looks like it's just USC, Texas, and 'Bama sittin on the mountain top. I was really rooting for Va Tech, but it's like those guys were frozen in the headlights. They looked horrible, and played no better than the weakest high school team in my amla mater's district. This game did more to hurt Marcus Vick's rising stock than all of his stunts from last year.

Miami came out fired up and ready to play, and it showed. VT's defense came out ready to play also, but when your offense and special teams keep turning the ball over, it's hard to catch your breath.

tired VT defense vs average Miami offense= ALL NIGHT *** WHOOPIN!

ST/Offensive turn overs vs pumped up Miami defense= ALL NIGHT *** WHOOPIN!

rattled Marcus Vick vs pumped up Miami defense= ALL NIGHT *** WHOOPIN!

189 yards total offense vs 300+ yards total offense= ALL NIGHT *** WHOOPIN!

Based on the above equations, if you do the math, VaTech was supposed to be taken out to the woodshed.

Impressive D....impressive enough to jump Bama in the AP poll I guess. Sets up a rematch with FSU / Miami, perfect game for the ACC's first championship game. Something always crazy happens.

Tell me why VT kept trying to throw the rock, even though the Canes DB's had the recievers on absolute lock down?
If they would have just run the rock and played D, it could have been a 1 posession game going into the fourth. I know the Canes were playing Man, but VT was popping some nice runs. If they would have just stuck with it, maybe they wouldn't have had all those TO's.
