If your going to play online and you want to have a real style NFL game, you need to check out players stats, most of the time the great record guys cheat .some pry on players with losing records, so if you want good games play players with ok records or losing records then you wont get mad cuz they dont try to pull every trick in the book to win like it is life or death, or if you have been playing online for the last couple of years you have to have a lot of friends that you know are str8 players stick with what you know or who you know....

I agree totally...the dudes who got the records like 200-10 are probably cheatin bastards with no lives. The real opponents are the middle class ballas. I play guys with good records but not insane like 30-20 or somethin like that cause you know they can lose and mos likely dont cheat

THe better the online record the more likely you wont finesh the game with a win counted.

Thats why League record is all that matters and online games are like preseason lab game.

This isn't a good philosphy... just get better and you'll have better games against a larger group of people.

Compared to ballers like you they may be horrible, but for average ballers these may be good entertaining games.

It is a game, I would hope everyone plays it for entertainment. It's the small percentage who play madden for $$$. Even if your good and play for cash I would say making it your sole means of support is risky. And how does one explain on a Job Application a 3 year absence from the workforce " I was playing a video game"

as far as online records go I go with simple probability, the odds of anyone being 100-5 is so out there that the chances are its not legit.

I'll never understand this.. if someone is 200-25 and doesnt stall/disco.. they're considered cheap because you cant stop their offense or their blitzes... get ya game up and play... damn... unless someone stalls you, theres no such thing as "cheese". 1 in 50? I'd say more like 1 in 20. Is it just me or do you find that you can win/lose to just about anyone. I've killed kings and lost to jokers. I keep 99% of games pretty close if I do lose. I think that is the best indicator if you suck or not.

Lately Ive been playing mostly people with recs like 300-100 or 200-200. most of these guys have some skill and for once I havent been gettin stalled every 5 games. Ill still play the people with the recs like 300-12 but in my experience most people in the top 50 suck and bumhunt and then stall.

Thats why I like leagues , you know what your gettin into....Unknown online players with great records Arent always the best to play, but there are some that are, its like rolling the dice....But if you find one, even though I may lose and they play a str8 game, I dont mind, Its all about learning from mistakes, for me anyways....My opinion

just build up a good friends list by doing leagues and tournies and play them alot when youre looking for a good game. I have people that have been on my list from 04 that I still play against.
