I don't know, but I love to hit my SlotWR over the middle on the post out of that Near-HB Angle play. It usually works more often than not, but if that's being manually covered good or just zoned out good, look to hit the other recievers on those slant fade routes to the outside, if not, like GMoney said, that "HB Angle" route to the halfback is usually always open at some point also. When I run that play by default, so no hotroutes motion or anything, I usually always start locked onto the TE and if I see that the TE is being covered well by the Zones, I will quickly shift the cone to the middle and look to my SlotWR on the post and if he ain't open, usually the HB is. Try what GMoney said also about the streaking SlotWR and Fade to outside WR. But if you really want to pick zones apart little by little in a bit safter way, it's probably best to use the Far formation. You can really get your Fullback & Halfback involved in the Far formation on those flat swing passes and if your FB is a slow slug, package in your #2HB at FB. There's some really nice routes to the TE out of these Near/Far formations also that can be good vs. both zone and man, the route slants out then slants in, good for hitting the TE as he cuts over the middle.
