Cool Tampa PB Versus Oakland PB

These 2 play books are very similar.Any reason one would be better than the other ? I know Oakland has a lone shotgun formation, and the splitback flex.
Tampa has more bunch formations out of the singleback. I think so anyway.
So including formation shifts, what are the pros and cons. Thanks.
    And all that is now,
    and all that is gone,
    and all that's to come,
and everything under the sun is in tune......

But the sun is eclipsed by the moon.

THESE ARE TWO TOTALLY DIFFERENT PLAYBOOKS WHILE I LIKE TAMP BAYS PLAYBOOK IT IS NOTHING IN COMPARISON TO OAK BUT THERE IS ONE FORMATION IS TAMPABAYS BOOK THAT IS UNIQUE TO ALL PLAYBOOKS. IT HAS 3WR BUNCHED ON ONE SIDE OF THE FIELD N TE TO THE LEFT. ALOT OF TIMES U CAN CREATE MISMATCHES WITH A LB TRYING TO GUARD A RECIEVER OR CB TRYING TO COVER TE. IT TAKES ALOT OF TIME TO LEARN HOW TO PROPERLY GUARD THAT FORMATION.
