    Goal line HB pass play

I played an opponent that came out in the goal line. After a few aubiles and play flips, the hb was put in motion to the right behind the two TE's. On the snap the QB either tosses to the HB or passes to the HB. The QB animation looks like a toss. The play seems to happen to quick to be a pass. I was getting hit with it every 3 and short and couldn't stop it. Anyone know how to duplicate it? Cuz I need to work on a stop for it.

i think thats just the qb draw "glitch, motion the HB out then snap the ball before hes set. just get get in front of the HB and then dive at the ball and cause a fumble or just tackle him right when he catches it.

its a glitch... dont see it very often because the timing has to be good or its a fumble.

No one uses it because the if done right, you get a few yards.... if done wrong.... fumble.

Technically... it's not a glitch. It doesn't affect the AI, it simply requires that the player on defense know how to cover the long lateral.

    Do what Titan suggests:

Cover the back manually on the motion and play between him and the QB. You should be able to tackle the back before he gets the ball LEGALLY on a backward pass to cause a fumble, or bat the ball down to cause a fumble...

I have a guy run it on me in a 3rd and short situation. I blitzed a corner from the Nickel 335... He got between the HB and the ball and caused a fumble. Haven't seen that play since...

It's basically the QB draw setup, but when you snap it the QB pitches it to the RB instead of taking off.

yeah thats exactly what it is. I've used it for 2-pt conversions just for ****s and giggles, but i've had it blow up in my face with a fumble and had the RB hit behing the LOS a few times too.
