    How to make players progress?

Youn know how sometimes when ur player plays a good game and at the end it shows how much his ovr has increased/decreased? well i want to know why my players ovr never increase. i can rack up like 100+ rec yds & 2 tds/gm for like 5 weeks and his damn ovr is still the same. what do i have to do? thanks

oh and I got a weird recruit also. he was labeled an athlete when i recruited him. when i searched for a position for him to play, he went from 84 ovr to 93 ovr as a freshman DE and his spd rating is 95. how the hell? the problem is that he's like 195 lbs. way too small for a DE. It's weird. when i try to put him at WR or CB, his ovr drops to the 60s.

ID try to stick him as a OLB. I mean his rating might suck just bing him from the outside rush every play. Couldnt hurt.

About progression is only takes place during the offseason. When you set up your bars the more you put toward training the better progression your team will have.

Is it just one player than isn`t increasing at all or your whole roster?
