4-3 olb fire shift line right pinch lbs put re in purple zone, and put rolb in purple zone or man him up, move #1 corner back and ss back move mlb to the right and use the fs
sounds like alot haha but it takes me like 5 seconds, if that doesnt work spread line pinch lbs and put rolb in purple zone and man up the mlb on someone or move him back, gets good heat and have good coverage

Anything with heat that flashes coverage. Get at his QB. Worry only about the routes that
he's shown you he can throw. Heat over coverage unless he forces an area to be covered.
Believe it or not I sometimes use the 46 with many adjustments I have everyone covered plus I get major heat just ask grmiller he tried running 5 wide single back all game and kept getting sacked or picked off.
Bring the heat and force him to make quick throws. I find that zone works well against 5 wide, but make sure you give the defenders playing flat zones different assignments. Very few times will you have to worry about a defender doing damage in the flats on a 5 WR formation. Sometimes I bring the heat with them, and sometimes I man them up on my opponent's favorite targets.

PM both safeties to , bring them to the line
PM all LBs to blitz
PM the 2 LBs that line up on the line to purple zones and move them on top of the DTs
PM a DT to a Deep zone
Bump and shade the corners to the inside
Manualy blitz your faster safety
You definitely cant use this every down but throw it in everynow and then it should get you some stops
