I use that play occasionally from time to time, but really, there's nothing that special about it at all. It's only a 5 man rush and with the appropriate blocking, the offense can easily block it.
IMO, your better off spreading and looping the D-line or shifting the D-line towards the side of the 2 blitzing LBs, that way you create a overload rush off that one side. Then that allows you to control the deep safety because the CPU pressure will get in on it's own if the offense doesn't setup the appropriate blocking.
What I also like to do with this play, is shift the Linebackers to the left towards the side of the blitz, shift the D-line to the right and crash to the right or loop, then playmaker the blitzing RILB to a purple zone, leave the FS back deep to show a Cover2 look, then play as the SS and walk down to the LOS on the outside of the LDE or TE and come on manual blitzes around the edge at times and allow the RILB to blitz at times also.
