    Rescue Me

In the NCAA series, which programs have you rescued and what accomplishments did you enjoy with those programs...

As for me, I started playing Dynasty with the cellar dwellers in the 2004 version, when I rescued Rutgers from rock bottom to winning 5 Big East titles in 7 seasons, including a National Championship. In 2005, I rescued Baylor to win 4 Big 12 South titles, 2 Big 12 titles, and produced a Heisman winner. In 2006, I went with Vanderbilt and went on to win an impressive 44 straight SEC games, including 5 SEC East titles, 4 SEC titles, and 2 National Championships. This year, I'm rescuing Indiana. So far, I'm 3-1 in the quest.

I just started a new one using Citadel as an independent. I removed many of the current 1A teams and replaced them with 1AA teams so that only 15 states have teams (TX, LA, TN, VA, AL, NC, SC, FL, OH, KY, IL, IN, MI, MS, and CA). I figured it would create some new recruiting challenges due to the density of colleges per state. I have not decided how I'm going to play it all out yet, but the only way I'll be able to rescue the Citadel will be with wishful thinking.

I just started a new dynasty with a created team that is listed in my sig. I put all the Div AA teams in and removed all the teams in the ACC, Big 12, etc. Pretty interesting so far. It has become an arms race for talent.
