Need Help with package Switches

I'm a new Madden 07 player and I'm having trouble learn how to switch packages. For example in the Prima strategy Guide it suggests I run the I Form Twin-TE Formation with the Heavy Package. How do I access the Heavy Package? Any help is appreciated. Thanks,

press circle (on ps2) or B (on xbox) while u are on the formation u want the package...(before u click on that formation)...it will cycle through the packages...u can do this on offense and defense...

Just so you know though, you can only use these in game, not in practice mode.
